Welcome to Pet Paws Club! Below is our updated shipping policy to ensure transparency and convenience for all our valued customers. Please review this information before placing your order.
1. General Shipping Information
- Regions We Ship To: We currently ship within the United States, Canada, Mexico, and select international destinations.
- Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping services.
2. Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $7.00 applies to all domestic orders under $50.
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Oversized or Heavy Items:
- Add $5-$10 for items over 10 lbs.
- Add $15-$20 for items over 20 lbs.
International Orders
- Canada & Mexico: A flat rate of $25-$30 applies for standard-sized items.
- All Other Countries: A flat rate of $30-$40 applies for standard-sized items.
- Heavy/Bulky Item Surcharge:
- Add $5-$10 for items over 10 lbs.
- Add $15-$20 for items over 20 lbs.
- Customs Fees and Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. These are not included in the shipping rate and will vary by country.
3. Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days after processing.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks, depending on the destination.
4. Tracking and Notifications
- Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
- Notification Method: Customers will receive tracking details via email and in their account dashboard.
5. Additional Policies
- Shipping Delays or Lost Packages: Pet Paws Club is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. For assistance, please contact USPS directly.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
6. International Considerations
- Customs Duties and Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. These charges are not included in the shipping rate and will vary by country.
- Shipping Restrictions: Currently, there are no restrictions on countries or regions we ship to, except for PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
